Fruits Smoothie

This is my favorite smoothie at the moment. It is absolutely perfect for hot days when you have no appetite.

It’s refreshing and nutritious. I’m making it for breakfast or as a snack ;). It is very easy to make, just put coconut, apricots, peaches, banana and mango into a blender and there you go.

Ingredients for 2-3

  • coconut
  • 4 peaches
  • 8 apricots
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana

Method

Simply cut the coconut, apricots, peaches, mango and banana, then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can add water, depending on how thickly you like it.
